I offer creative, therapeutic art workshops for groups of all sizes, providing a welcoming and supportive space where people can connect, express themselves, and experience the wellbeing benefits of creativity.
Taking part in creative activities can have a positive impact on mental health by helping to reduce stress and anxiety, encourage mindfulness, improve mood, build confidence, and provide a healthy outlet for self-expression. Creating alongside others also fosters connection, reduces feelings of isolation, and strengthens a sense of community and belonging.
Workshops can be designed around a specific therapeutic theme—such as self-care, mindfulness, resilience, confidence, or emotional wellbeing—or simply provide dedicated time for people to slow down, relax, and enjoy making art together.
Creative activities can include:
Every workshop is bespoke, allowing activities to be tailored to the interests, abilities, and needs of your group. No previous artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore creativity in a friendly and supportive environment.
Workshops are suitable for a wide range of groups, including charities and community organisations, schools and educational settings, businesses looking to support staff wellbeing, healthcare settings, clubs, support groups, care homes, and groups of friends.
I am happy to travel to surrounding areas as I work across South Lincolnshire, Peterborough, and Cambridgeshire, bringing everything needed for the session. Travel is included within the workshop cost, making it easy to enjoy a creative experience in a location that suits you.
Whether your aim is to support mental wellbeing, encourage team connection, promote relaxation, or simply offer people the opportunity to enjoy being creative together, I would love to work with you to design a workshop that meets the unique needs of your group.
If you’re looking for a unique, engaging, and meaningful creative experience, I’d love to hear from you.
